      Pros

      Scheduling is easy. PTO is nice, but you don’t get to cash it out if you leave.

      Cons

      Dishonest management. Workplace bullying. Toxic workplace with management that will retaliate if you report them in good faith. Pay is very low for nurses in the area. Look elsewhere for work. This goes for the main campus ER and Northpark ER.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Cons

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
