Pay is WAY subpar ...a slap in your face ..terrible.. and they should be absolutely ashamed. They have MILLIONS TO SPEND ON ANOTHER FREE STANDING ER Asked for 1 ...ONE raise during my entire career there.. i never got nor even a reply from them. they do not even care about retention of current employees. Its not just me, it hundreds of employees that feel the same..Moral is severely low .It's not what it used to be when the nuns were ran it..and for the love of God, PLEASE look into the " good ole boy" system.. We used to have a sick bank..it is now gone..so sick/PTO is merged..do better.
