Zero. After almost a decade of working with this "faith" based organization, I can tell you it's not a place you want to be.
Cons
The senior leadership mat be corrupt and do not make decisions that are favorable to the employees or the organization--only themselves. They are constantly finding ways to get their large bonuses and screw their employees. You should ask how much their executives pay for healthcare coverage. You should also look up their 990 to see where all the money is going. So much for being a nonprofit.
