Management is the worst - Case Manager CHRISTUS Health Employee Review

No training. The director is a bully. Has no managerial skills. Runs the department on intimidation and fear of losing your job. She talks and never says a thing or solves a thing. Shows favoritism to some and constantly rides the others. Good Shepherd has lost several case managers and social workers while I was there, and they all said it was due to the director. These were really good employees. What a waste of the organization's time and money. Absolutely the worst work experience of my entire career.
