      Many good people who care and tenured people with broad knowledge. Diverse group of employees.

      Cons

      Morale is very low due to low pay and benefits, Remote work is not allowed. Staffing in IT is inadequate to stay on top of the extremely heave workload with high-stakes problems.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
