      Pros

      Location, new building, benefits, and a challenging postion for 3 years. Then time to move on before they come at you with a false aallegation to make you leave. Not joking

      Cons

      Old boy network good if you are in their circle most aren't tiny raises, limited upward mobility, you're pretty much stuck atthe pay and position where you start. With inflation,I was making less after 5 years than when I started. raises are 1 to 3% a year, inflation is 4%

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Cons

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
