      Pros

      first experience with teaching hospitals and i loved the ability to call doctors at all hours of the day and not be yelled at dedicated childrens hospital

      Cons

      floor managers not always approachable managers not always a fan of improving self and advancing skills in different areas of hospital getting nagged at for something that nurses have no control over such as when trays come up to the floors

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
