Lack of Mission Integration - Anonymous employee CHRISTUS Health Employee Review

There were staff on the 6th floor, and there were some ED staff who were grumpy, disrespectful, and rude. There was a lack of Customer Service. I saw and heard the staff shout at the patient and be rude to the patient's family. People need to have some mission integration there. That hospital was built as a ministry and the staff need to attend annual reorientation or renewal to refresh their memory of why that hospital was built. That hospital is a Catholic hospital with a mission.
