      I have some good friends.

      Cons

      Pay is low. Experience, education and talent is not recognized. Supervision is less qualified and credentialed than staff. Supervision is lazy and put extra work on staff without compensation. I hear this applies to multiple departments not just ours.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Cons

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
