      Pros

      As with any organization, I believe your direct manager has the most influence on your experience. My current manager, whose position is ACIO, is nothing short of amazing. She fosters growth, has an open door, and a huge advocate for work/life balance. From an enterprise perspective, I have no huge issues. I enjoy my work and the benefits are optimal.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is not having the option to wear jeans at my ministry.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Cons

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
