      Pros

      They were there me when I had breast cancer. Family oriented company and core values decent wages (cost of living and merit raises) New management have many good changes.... we are working to become more efficient. Love the associate's I work with. I've never worked anywhere That I feel as comfortable as I do here. I'm OPTIMISTIC about the future

      Cons

      Computer servers are slow. Many issues with computer software that effect production. Open environment hard to get used to. (call center set up) Easily distracted. When I started there wasn't enough training but this has changed.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
