Pros
Brand new state of the art building. Situated in the Las Colinas urban district. Floor to ceiling glass windows which provides a glamorous view of the city. Balconies on each floor for breaks etc. Prayer rooms, telephone rooms for privacy and an awesome gym that is at no cost to employees. Lastly, ann onsite clinic for employee/ family for minor medical needs.
Cons
It’s is very much a clique culture. Expectations are not clear and understood . Training is peer to peer. Pay is lowest on the market. Flexibility is non existent. Poor management with outdated leaders.
