      The company was always doing things to acknowledge people and their hard work. The benefits were really good there.

      Cons

      Raises were very few and far between. Admitting office management was extremely petty and unfriendly.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
