      Pros

      It started out very nice friendly people good hours

      Cons

      Now after several years most of the long timers have left leaving only new hires who are not trained well to run a whole hospital esentially by themselves. The pay is not that good either. HR tries to cheap you out. And no good raises to match cost of living.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Cons

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
