      Great benefits, work-life balance and co-workers

      Cons

      Overall, it is a good place to work. This company stresses their mission, vision and values, but does not practice them. HR does not have a streamlined process for termination and the members of the recruitment team are unprofessional and inappropriate. HR is supposed to be one of the most important departments, yet at this organization there is a severe lack of professionalism.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Cons

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
