      Trying to think of some...oh wait I have one...oh no sorry, don't have any!

      Cons

      Extremely unprofessional emails especially by the managers. They would send all caps emails which everyone knows means they are yelling. Most of them have no sense of communicating via email in the professional world.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
