      The CEO is approachable and accessible and cares about all employees. He that thanks us and is open and honest about what's happening. He is also a great developer of talent.

      Cons

      Lots of challenges in the Ag and energy sectors right now. Company working diligent to weather them.

      Pros

      Clean refinery, good enough compensation

      Cons

      Folks in mid to high-level management manage, but do not lead. Refinery management actively strays from big-company principles for what is apparently a desire for control over local employees. Capital costs are high but management will fight tooth and nail to save a dime on labor.
