Pros
There is ample opportunity to move around in the company, it is more than just an agribusiness company.
Cons
The nepotism and cronyism is rampant. They seem to favor people who have come up in the cooperative system over people from the "outside". With all of the mergers in the cooperative world, they will struggle to remain relevant. Many of their current customers are extremely large and are just realizing that they don't need CHS to remain relevant in the marketplace.
