      Guaranteed 40 Hours a week. You have okay health insurance.

      Cons

      Trucks are always on the shop. Trucks have multiple violations. Little to no work in the winter. You have no help from management with issues.

      Pros

      Clean refinery, good enough compensation

      Cons

      Folks in mid to high-level management manage, but do not lead. Refinery management actively strays from big-company principles for what is apparently a desire for control over local employees. Capital costs are high but management will fight tooth and nail to save a dime on labor.
