Good Pay and Benefits Some flexibility but plan to work non-stop and be available at all times
Cons
If you like to be micro managed this is the place for you. There is no clear direction from management and expectations change on a minute by minute basis. This used to be such a great place to work but has gone down hill in the last couple of years. The employees have tried to work with management on issues repeatedly and nothing is done. Upper management "rules' by fear and intimidation. I don't think other areas of the company are in as bad of shape as Finance is. People here are overworked and underappreciated.
