      Internal opportunities, lateral moves, investing in Technologies, Good visibility & exposure opportunities within company, inclusion and diversity started to be more important over last years.

      Cons

      Few talent development opportunities, just starting to develop a formal career framework, salaries are not as good as competitors, lots of internal bureaucracy approvals before a new idea can be implemented.

      Pros

      Clean refinery, good enough compensation

      Cons

      Folks in mid to high-level management manage, but do not lead. Refinery management actively strays from big-company principles for what is apparently a desire for control over local employees. Capital costs are high but management will fight tooth and nail to save a dime on labor.
