      Nothing is good about this company. They are cons ruining people lives.

      Cons

      The management and upper directors bend the policies for who they want AND especially hired friends and family. A lot of favoritism shown. Stressful and the pay is awful for the work load

      Pros

      Clean refinery, good enough compensation

      Cons

      Folks in mid to high-level management manage, but do not lead. Refinery management actively strays from big-company principles for what is apparently a desire for control over local employees. Capital costs are high but management will fight tooth and nail to save a dime on labor.
