      Size. Good market presence in core states. MN, ND, SD NE KS

      Cons

      Very antiquated w/ expense accts. Almost no presence in I states. Very non competitive outside of key states. Have to move to MN for advancement. Behind with their technology offerings.

      Pros

      Clean refinery, good enough compensation

      Cons

      Folks in mid to high-level management manage, but do not lead. Refinery management actively strays from big-company principles for what is apparently a desire for control over local employees. Capital costs are high but management will fight tooth and nail to save a dime on labor.
