      Stable company - great systems - beautiful building - great location

      Cons

      Having friends in high places is the only way to get ahead here. Management takes care of their friends over more qualified candidates.

      Pros

      Clean refinery, good enough compensation

      Cons

      Folks in mid to high-level management manage, but do not lead. Refinery management actively strays from big-company principles for what is apparently a desire for control over local employees. Capital costs are high but management will fight tooth and nail to save a dime on labor.
