      Great pay and benefits. Steady work, with something always to do or accomplish. Good place to use problem solving skills for troubleshooting issues that come up in a Unit

      Pros

      Clean refinery, good enough compensation

      Cons

      Folks in mid to high-level management manage, but do not lead. Refinery management actively strays from big-company principles for what is apparently a desire for control over local employees. Capital costs are high but management will fight tooth and nail to save a dime on labor.
