Business Outlook
Pros
The people I work with in my business unit are great to work with. Leadership tends to let me run my business as long as my results are there. My immediate supervisor definitely has an open door policy and wants to do the right thing.
Cons
In some business units, such as the one in which I work, if you're a remote employee, your career is going nowhere. You can do all the leadership development you want, and turn over fantastic results, but they want you to relocate to Minnesota or you're not getting promoted. The only other con, and it's major, is that the people in the field are not listened to at all. Basically, there's a belief that all the smart people work at the HQ.
