      Beautiful Campus, Amazing work environment

      Cons

      Lack of mentorship but this can be different between mentors. The internship program in general was great.

      Pros

      Clean refinery, good enough compensation

      Cons

      Folks in mid to high-level management manage, but do not lead. Refinery management actively strays from big-company principles for what is apparently a desire for control over local employees. Capital costs are high but management will fight tooth and nail to save a dime on labor.
