      Pros

      The benefits are fantastic. pay is decent. Flexibility of schedule is great. Never been denied time off. Not micro managed. Management is great

      Cons

      Trucks are automatic and have super singles so have bad traction in snow and mud. Slightly woke company but don't push it too hard.

      Pros

      Clean refinery, good enough compensation

      Cons

      Folks in mid to high-level management manage, but do not lead. Refinery management actively strays from big-company principles for what is apparently a desire for control over local employees. Capital costs are high but management will fight tooth and nail to save a dime on labor.
