Our Customer Care Management team has been working tirelessly to improve the overall satisfaction of our Associates, and we are happy to announce that we will be implementing a new attendance policy in a couple weeks that offers more leniency and flexibility, while still keeping our standards high. Additionally, a Workplace Architect is already in the process of redesigning several areas to offer more comfortable and practical spaces for our Associates! Lastly, our training department is working on some exciting changes to our training program.
We know we are not perfect, but we can assure you we care and listen to the feedback from our Associates. We can only get better with our Associates’ input. Be on the lookout for more improvements throughout the next year!
