Pros
A place to learn and develop new skills since you are almost running the whole process from the start to the closing and having to do the job from other departments in some situations.
Cons
You have to be extremely patient to deal with the constant problem with your orders. The company doesn't have yet an organized system between the sales start till the delivery gets concluded, and a lot can happen in this middle time to make you lose your sale (sometimes doesn't matter how hard you work to keep it)
