Pros
City is a great place to grow a career, I started with just my college degree joining in my early 20's. I'm 15 years into the career and have reached an executive level. Ample opportunities are given to those who are the best, it's a great example of a meritocracy in practice. I have felt like my leaders spent alot of time trying to challenge me to develop my skill set, and they'll rotate you around alot to get exposure to different areas of the business. The Koenig family are great people (Andrew is CEO, father Keith is chairman). Keith knows everyone's name and Andrew is in our showroom and Operations 24/7, they are constantly on the front lines when the work is being done.
Cons
City is fast paced and innovative, which generates lots of changes, so if you don't like change this might not be the place for you.
