The environment is hot and dusty. No money spent to fix things right. The HR supervisor tells confidential information to her friends and has had a couple extra marital affairs with employees but nothing ever happens. The company spilled fertilizer into a creek recently and no press release for a couple days. People in office sit with feet on their desks while production get worked like dogs.
