I had the good opportunity to work in the IT department in Singapore that supports the global subsidiaries of the companies. Here are the plus points that I have with them: 1. Supportive management team 2. A lot of travelling opportunities 3. Promotes work-life balance
Cons
Language barrier because most of the senior managers in the regional subsidiaries are Koreans and they prefer working with someone who can speak the Korean language.
