      Cons

      Internal system is not well developed. Hardworking but compensated less by money. Working style is not efficient but it couldnt help it cause the industry elements ate related to cultural things

      Benefits are great. Company cares for the employees. Creative benefits and perks!

      The company is controlled by KR. US employees don’t have opportunity to grow. Salary is lower than market.
