Incompetent managers and above. If you work in the TMC good luck, average tenure is 1 year for entry level for a reason. You will be mentally beaten down. All you hear from your manager is "Can I get and update". You bring issues to your direct manager who has no clue what to do. They will blame you for every issue with a work load one person could never accomplish. Be careful and watch your weekend pay. Even if required by law your email "reminders" will be ignored. Have a lawyer ready. Never experienced such a toxic environment that is fostered in the TMC.
