      Unique experience getting to learn about the Korean culture. Great for fresh grads looking for entry level experience.

      Cons

      Still a very Korean company while the office is in the U.S. and a lot of communication is done in Korean. Support from HQ is difficult considering the time difference between the U.S. and Seoul, KR.

      Benefits are great. Company cares for the employees. Creative benefits and perks!

      Cons

      The company is controlled by KR. US employees don’t have opportunity to grow. Salary is lower than market.
