      Pros

      Most people are nice most of the time. Work hours aren't terrible.

      Cons

      Pay and benefits are TERRIBLE!! They under pay most of the new talent as well with little to no room for advancement. They hire farmers as "engineers". Their sales are terrible and the production numbers are just as bad. Lots of nepotism with upper management and its not received well.

      Great PTO, Great work environment, friendly leadership

      Cons

      Growing pains from moving headquarters, but other than that, the company is hard to complain about.
