Pros

Great Co-workers, awesome team leads. Benefits were a little pricey, but not horrible. if it wasn't for the hours, I would still be there.

Cons

Working holidays. This was tough as a mother. But you got to put a bid in what holiday you wanted to work. Only 2 a year. This list goes by seniority.

Pros

PTO, sick, and personal time off Insurance is affordable and offers good coverage Some management is flexible and great to work under, just depends on what department you enter in under Referral bonus of $500 for entry level staff once the referral meets their 90-day employment window

Cons

There is no accountability for issues that make it hard to complete your assigned tasks Very low pay with minimal annual raises of 3-5% in comparison to other companies who hold the same type of job position Upper management is not the friendliest nor helpful in guiding their managers well which results in disorganization and mis-management of the teams they are supposed to oversee 80% of all the departments require 100% in office attendance, While during the pandemic our Sales force moved to 100% remote. All jobs are computer based. While CLC should offer a consistent standard across the company to allow for hybrid and remote work scheduling.
