Pros

Benefits are better than some jobs. Time off has been easy to request and adequately given. The employees are great to work with. Nothing is too hard or out of the scope of getting tasks completed. This job works with what skills you have and tries to improve the skills that need it.

Cons

Deadlines can pop up on projects. Communication could use work. Tracking the work you do is in so many different places that management doesn’t understand how time consuming and annoying it is to have to track it, do the work, write up notes, send those notes to management before the original deadline, still need to track it, and put it internally for others to be able to find it if necessary.

Pros

PTO, sick, and personal time off Insurance is affordable and offers good coverage Some management is flexible and great to work under, just depends on what department you enter in under Referral bonus of $500 for entry level staff once the referral meets their 90-day employment window

Cons

There is no accountability for issues that make it hard to complete your assigned tasks Very low pay with minimal annual raises of 3-5% in comparison to other companies who hold the same type of job position Upper management is not the friendliest nor helpful in guiding their managers well which results in disorganization and mis-management of the teams they are supposed to oversee 80% of all the departments require 100% in office attendance, While during the pandemic our Sales force moved to 100% remote. All jobs are computer based. While CLC should offer a consistent standard across the company to allow for hybrid and remote work scheduling.
