Pros

Decent pay, and for the most part, fairly flexible. Fair with granting days off if put in ahead of time, and insurance is usually decent. No strict dress code, as long as you keep your outfit reasonable.

Cons

They give a lot of extra tasks; oftentimes can feel overwhelming especially during busier times as you don't get the choice to turn them down. Some of the management seem to be less for management and more for making sure that the lower level workers feel intimidated. Some of the internal rules seem a bit odd, and if you can't do 4 different tasks at the same time while watching for messages from management, you will have a bad time. Pressure on us makes the newcomers leave quickly, deciding the job isn't worth the hassle, considering all the things you have to learn and the fact that you can get low scores on evaluation even if you follow all the rules due to someone on the phone not liking the fact that you don't make the rules and can't break them.

Pros

PTO, sick, and personal time off Insurance is affordable and offers good coverage Some management is flexible and great to work under, just depends on what department you enter in under Referral bonus of $500 for entry level staff once the referral meets their 90-day employment window

Cons

There is no accountability for issues that make it hard to complete your assigned tasks Very low pay with minimal annual raises of 3-5% in comparison to other companies who hold the same type of job position Upper management is not the friendliest nor helpful in guiding their managers well which results in disorganization and mis-management of the teams they are supposed to oversee 80% of all the departments require 100% in office attendance, While during the pandemic our Sales force moved to 100% remote. All jobs are computer based. While CLC should offer a consistent standard across the company to allow for hybrid and remote work scheduling.
