Pros

Great benefits and great PTO. Most of the managers are ok.

Cons

Not enough pay. Don’t give regular raises but make you go through this huge process of presenting a power point presentation so that they can review you. But no pay raise. Yet prior to the pandemic they would have yearly meetings where they boast about profiting BILLIONS. They sent us a survey where I know a lot of us complained about the pay. So what did they do? Set up a “gratitudes” program where if our fellow employees give us a gratitude we can earn “points” for prizes. I’m a grown woman I don’t want to win a prize I want to be able to pay my rent!! The president of the company is nowhere to be seen. Ever. Not even sure he lives here. I’ve seen him ONCE in the past three years. He’s only concerned with the bottom line and that the fat cats up at the top get paid. Some of the V.P.‘s are great some are awful. The awful ones are never held accountable and just push the workload off on their subordinates. And they definitely play favorites. Most other companies don’t give you very good benefits or PTO but will pay more so it’s easy to get stuck at this place. Very frustrating place to work and the people at the top in typical corporate fashion couldn’t care less.

Pros

PTO, sick, and personal time off Insurance is affordable and offers good coverage Some management is flexible and great to work under, just depends on what department you enter in under Referral bonus of $500 for entry level staff once the referral meets their 90-day employment window

Cons

There is no accountability for issues that make it hard to complete your assigned tasks Very low pay with minimal annual raises of 3-5% in comparison to other companies who hold the same type of job position Upper management is not the friendliest nor helpful in guiding their managers well which results in disorganization and mis-management of the teams they are supposed to oversee 80% of all the departments require 100% in office attendance, While during the pandemic our Sales force moved to 100% remote. All jobs are computer based. While CLC should offer a consistent standard across the company to allow for hybrid and remote work scheduling.
