This company embodies all that is wrong with corporate America. Top-down management, arbitrary and poorly communicated policy changes directly affecting employees, an incompetent HR department that basically functions (if you can call it functioning) as a servant to senior management and couldn't care less about the employees it supposedly serves, a stifling employee policy manual that again serves strictly to cover top management's rear end, concern for profits before people (people including employees and customers/clients), secrecy regarding pay and benefit policies (taking away accrued vacation with no forewarning- really?), unwillingness or inability to address genuine employee concerns. I could go on and on. The HR group in particular deserves to be called out as a total joke, and the joke is on CLEAResult employees.
I was part of a company that imploded a while ago, and it wasn't fun. This time I feel fortunate to be on the outside looking in. I just feel badly for friends that are still there caught up in that mess. My advice is to get out while you can.
