Pros

pay is decent for what you do, but don't expect a raise. flexible hours health benefits are pretty good if you want to stay in data entry or entry level job your whole life, this is the place for you.

Cons

don't waste your time here. all those positive reviews you see on this site that are recent are fake (they must be desperate) as an attractive female here, i feel overlooked for that EXACT reason. sexism and racism run rampant despite their claims this isn't happening. high school work environment and pettiness that is extremely toxic. hard work isn't rewarded, only sucking up is. managers want to hold you back instead of helping you succeed

Thank you for your feedback. We do not tolerate sexism, racism or any other form of harassment, and when it is brought to our attention, we investigate and take action. We also actively promote internal opportunities and fill many of our positions with internal candidates including promotions, both in corporate functions and in the field. Any employee experiencing a negative work environment should escalate through our open door policy or to our anonymous hotline.

Pros

I have worked in CLR for 4 years as contractor and my experience was very positive , I have joined as a FTE with the expectation of contributing in a collaborative and respectful environment. Unfortunately, my experience was different. After raising concerns with leadership and HR regarding my work environment and management practices, I submitted a formal written complaint requesting that the company investigate whether company policies on fair treatment and non-retaliation had been followed. Following the submission of my complaint, I did not receive a response or acknowledgment from HR regarding whether an investigation would be initiated. Throughout my experience, I felt that I was subjected to frequent criticism, repeated rework, inconsistent expectations, and a lack of psychological safety. From my perspective, these issues made it difficult to perform my job effectively and created a hostile work environment from my manager theres no co-oparation. All my fellow collogues also shared the same experience . Unfortunately no actions has been taken

Cons

I have spent good 4 years with collaborative people in high pace agile environment and delivered more than 40 projects .I have received Lot of opportunity for learning and growth.
