Pros
--Benefits and vacation are good --The people are great when you get to know them. Unfortunately the morale is so low is tough to find a friendly face when everyone is frowning, staring at their feet and plotting their escape.
Cons
--pay is under market value --no bonuses --2018 annual increases were between 1-2% --attempting to negotiate your salary will have the C-suite come back with a lower offer than the original --There is a strong trend of people leaving the company (voluntary or otherwise) and not being replaced. Everyone left is expected to pick the workload and tons of institutional knowledge is lost. It's almost become a game of hot potato--everyone is trying to get out before they're the last one left carrying the workload of 3 people. --Project fusion. An enormous technological effort to streamline product efforts. Great in theory, but because people keep leaving (particularly IT resources) without being replaced, there is not enough capacity to properly vet the product before it goes live or to train those people using these tools.
