Pros
Flexible Schedule that allowed for balance. One or two managers had good intentions to develop team.
Cons
Management on all levels is disconnected to subordinates and lack any desire to lead or provide professional development. Some claim to support environmental causes and program efficiency, but really just push papers to increase numbers. There is disregard for suggestions made by subordinates to improve effectiveness and efficiency...unless your friends with managers, you’re not heard. Very disingenuous. There is no culture.
