Pros
Only thing keeping me here is being able to work from home and the wonderful client we work for. It honestly feels like our client cares more about us than CLEAResult.
Cons
Let me first start by stating that the 20% pay decrease for all salaried employees is disgusting. This 20% decrease is NOT on a sliding scale and their reasoning for not doing so was because they "don't want to make any assumptions about people's salaries" (not an EXACT quote but the first part is spot on) I'm sorry, but when you have a CEO who is only taking a 20% pay cut along with someone making LESS THAN $45,000 there is a huge issue. And also...if I'm making less than $45,000 ASSUME AWAY...the 20% pay cut is awful for many people but it is absolutely mind boggling to me to issue this cut for anyone making less than 50K. My next issue - where in their rules does it define what job title should be salaried vs. hourly? A program specialist should certainly not be considered salaried. I'm so sick of these business meetings where they tout their company values. Nobody cares. How about you start caring about the employees doing all the work for you. You know the ones who don't get paid enough for doing all the extra work that gets piled on them. Oh...we're going to add a new program for you to run, but we aren't giving you any additional pay, have fun! It's garbage. And that's only the tip of the iceberg believe it or not. HR is a joke. IT has been better this year but can sometimes still be a struggle. Finance....ooof. The list goes on...
