During the acquisition we were all concerned because we all were not sure where we stood. They pampered us, fed us lunches and brought us books and cups with the company logo. What they were doing was trying to imply this nice treatment we were receiving would be a steady cycle and we were all valued, but what they were doing was masking it with a diversion. Once we felt comfortable and safe they stopped this treatment and claimed expenses were getting too high. So we had to cut back on things. Then we were notified of another acquisition with another company that they purchased. The special treatment we received previously, was now given to this new acquired company, and the cycle goes on. Also, benefits are not very good.
