Basically CLEAResult is an acquisition organization that happens to deliver energy efficiency programs for clients. The focus is solely on growth and getting increasing levels of venture capital investment, with very little focus on successful program delivery, the staff who deliver those programs, and sadly the clients who hire CLEAResult.
- Pay/benefits are significantly below industry average and getting worse
- Bonus structure rewards the higher ups and very frequently doesn't reach the lower level staff or at least not at the percentage levels that the higher ups get
- Raises are very low and even as a top performer they don't increase much considering all the additional work put in
- Expectation amongst leadership that as one get promoted they need to devote all their awake hours to work
- Business development team consistently oversells programs to clients without any negative ramifications, while the team delivering the program is set up for failure with little to no support from corporate. This is extremely unfair to the staff and the clients. Meanwhile the business development people still collect large commissions.
- Staff moral is very low and there is little effort amongst leadership to do anything about it
- Individuals who know very little about program delivery and the industry are promoted
- Many legal and common sense human resource blunders
- Corporate policies seem inconsistent or misrepresented across the different regions
