Pros
Competitive salary, many hard-working employees, a couple good managers. Jim Stimmel is top notch, uses common sense, and is fair-minded.
Cons
Growing too fast, and more concerned about company growth than the employees. Company should "walk the talk". If you claim to be about efficiency and RE, incorporate it in your facilities and their internal policies. Non-compete agreement is very limiting - be careful. Too much money spent of frivolities and not enough where it counts - on things like employee training.
