Pros

I can’t say there was any pro outside of my amazing coworkers who made the 11 month experience bearable.

Cons

Working for this company was incredibly damaging both professionally and personally. Here are some key cons specific to that kind of toxic leadership: 1. Emotional & Psychological Strain • Constant belittling, gaslighting, or manipulation can lead to anxiety, depression, or burnout. • You may begin to question your competence due to their undermining behavior. 2. Stunted Career Growth • Narcissistic bosses often take credit for your work and rarely advocate for your advancement. • Opportunities for promotion or professional development may be withheld to maintain control. 3. Toxic Work Environment • These leaders can create a culture of fear, favoritism, and backstabbing. • Colleagues may be pitted against one another, eroding team morale and trust. 4. Lack of Recognition • Hard work and innovation go unrecognized unless it benefits their image. • You may be publicly blamed for failures and never acknowledged for successes. 5. Micromanagement & Control • Narcissistic bullies often micromanage to assert dominance, leaving little room for autonomy or creativity. • They may override decisions or sabotage initiatives that don’t align with their agenda. 6. Unethical or Self-Serving Practices • They may push for results at the cost of ethics, asking you to bend rules or mislead clients. • Refusing to comply can lead to retaliation or being labeled as “difficult.” 7. High Turnover & Instability • Talented employees tend to leave, creating constant turnover and operational chaos. • The remaining staff may be overburdened and demoralized. I have worked in CLR for 4 years as contractor and my experience was very positive , I have joined as a FTE with the expectation of contributing in a collaborative and respectful environment. Unfortunately, my experience was different. After raising concerns with leadership and HR regarding my work environment and management practices, I submitted a formal written complaint requesting that the company investigate whether company policies on fair treatment and non-retaliation had been followed. Following the submission of my complaint, I did not receive a response or acknowledgment from HR regarding whether an investigation would be initiated. Throughout my experience, I felt that I was subjected to frequent criticism, repeated rework, inconsistent expectations, and a lack of psychological safety. From my perspective, these issues made it difficult to perform my job effectively and created a hostile work environment from my manager theres no co-oparation. All my fellow collogues also shared the same experience . Unfortunately no actions has been taken

Cons

I have spent good 4 years with collaborative people in high pace agile environment and delivered more than 40 projects .I have received Lot of opportunity for learning and growth.
